Andy's Pipe Dream is looking for motivated individuals to learn the Service Plumbing Trade and help serve our clients in the Kansas City Metro area. High school diploma required. Increased pay for experience. We are a family owned and operated company providing a family friendly working environment with great compensation and paid employee benefits. Medical, dental and vision 100% paid by Andy's Pipe Dream after 90 days of service.Responsibilities:Learn to assemble and install plumbing systemsTrain to troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial faucet, toilet and plumbing appliancesGain an understanding of blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work proceduresBecome proficient in maintaining and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing systemsLearn how to prepare cost estimates for clientsAdhere to safety policies and procedures​Qualifications:High School DiplomaValid driver's license and clean driving recordWilling to complete drug test and background checkAbility to use iPad tablet and iPhoneAbility to handle physical workloadStrong critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening skillsBenefits:Competitive salary $18-$20 per hour while training.Monday through Friday scheduleOur team enjoys weekends off100% paid benefits for employees after 90 daysPay increase for experience gainedPaid vacation after 1 year of serviceSick leave/personal timePowered by JazzHR
