Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook. Need to be detail oriented, organized, friendly, and a team player. On-the job training will be provided. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to: Greeting clients Collecting and scanning in client tax information Processing and sending out tax returns Process and format financial statements Assist with invoicing and collecting payments General correspondence Managing mail distribution, office phone lists, postage machine updates, etc. Verifying on weekly basis time entry for all employees Preparing time sheets for payroll processing Assisting admin team with various projects Assist with ordering supplies and answering phones Careers at KEB Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLP is a regional accounting firm located in the Midwest.
