Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a PeopleSoft HCM Functional & PeopleSoft Finance FunctionalPosition type: Contract.Duration: 12+ MonthsLocation: San Carlos, CA(Day1 Onsite)As a PeopleSoft HCM Functional & PeopleSoft Finance Functional, you will:Responsibilities Job Description Key responsibilities:* Minimum 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development* Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits.* Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.* Experience in other modules like - Core HR, Self Service.* Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%.* Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%.* Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.* Resource should be able to work out of client location- San Carlos, CA.* Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India.* Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills.* Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.* Location must be at San Carol/SFO, CA.
