Qualifications - - - - - - - - - Licensed Practical Nurse with Valid CT LPN license - - - - - - - - One year of LPN experience; Homecare experience preferred. - - - - - - - - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. - - - - - - - - Computer proficiency required.
