Job Summary CNA - Fredericksburg, VA Sign On Bonus - ($5,000 FT/$2500 PT) for 3-11 11-7 shifts! FT/PT 7-3, 7a-7p FT/PT 3-11 FT/PT 11-7 Carriage Hill Health Rehab Center, in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for hard working, compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our team.
