The ideal candidate will have experience with large and complex loan transactions, strong drafting and analysis skills, and attention to detail. Membership to the Colorado Bar or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership is required. Job Overview:Handling large and complex real estate loan transactionsUtilizing experience in title diligence if applicableDemonstrating strong drafting skills and attention to detail Duties:Working on both the borrower and lender sides of real estate loan transactionsConducting title diligence and analysis, if applicableDrafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactionsAdvising clients on legal matters pertaining to real estate transactionsCollaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on transactional mattersEnsuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulationsProviding high-quality legal representation and advice to clients Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolMembership to the Colorado State Bar or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership5+ years of quality experience in real estate loan transactionsExperience with large and complex transactions preferredStrong drafting and analysis skills with attention to detailExcellent academic record and professional credentials Certifications:Membership to the Colorado State Bar or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership Skills:Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documentsAbility to analyze complex legal issues related to real estate transactionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment This large firm is one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in Phoenix.
