The Electrical Engineer/Patent Professional will primarily focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with a particular emphasis on semiconductor process and circuit technology. The ideal candidate will possess industry experience in the semiconductor field, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Mandarin language is advantageous. Duties:Draft and prosecute patent applications related to semiconductor process and circuit technology.Conduct technical analysis and research to support patent prosecution efforts.Collaborate with attorneys and inventors to develop patent strategies and ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations.Provide technical expertise and guidance on patent-related matters to clients and legal teams.Stay abreast of developments in semiconductor technology and patent law to inform patent prosecution strategies. Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.3+ years of industry experience in the semiconductor field, preferably in patent prosecution.Proficiency in semiconductor process and circuit technology.Versatility in other technical areas is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Spoken Mandarin language capability is desirable. Education Certifications:Bachelor of Science level degree required. Electrical Engineering Degree Required. Skills:Proficiency in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.Technical expertise in semiconductor process and circuit technology.Ability to conduct thorough technical analysis and research.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
