Additionally, they should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, along with a commitment to teamwork and client service. Job Details:Utilize strong legal writing skills to prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.Travel for court appearances and client meetings as required.Demonstrate proactive engagement in cases, displaying a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Manage multiple files and competing deadlines efficiently.Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management and client representation. Requirements:2-5 years of litigation experience.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science.Strong legal writing skills.Willingness to travel for court appearances.Proactive nature with strong business acumen and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines effectively.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service. Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science.Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Skills:Strong legal writing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Commitment to teamwork and client service.Proactive approach to case management and client representation.
