Knapheide Installation Center in Quincy , IL a nd supporting Wentzville, MO is looking to hire a skilled Production Planner to schedule all shop orders required to meet customer requests. his full-time position works Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Reasons to work with us: Stability - We've been in business since 1848 Growth opportunities - Over 30 retail stores and upfit centers, and continued expansion Never Settle - We're committed to adapt, overcome, and continuously improve Collaborative, supportive, and engaging work environments North America's most popular manufacturer of work truck bodies and truck beds What you'll be doing: Work with scheduling software to maintain accurate shop order dates Review all order revision and make appropriate changes to orders and communicate changes with the appropriate personnel Prepare and maintain effective assembly schedules through daily updates with respective team leaders Set up inbound loads of products Review shortage and expedite though all operations to meet shop order completions Capacity recommendations to maintain valid schedule through proposed overtime or manpower Review and monitor established run rates and customer lead time Interact with order entry, fleet and truck pool departments for inquiries, customer requests, and cancellations Experience you'll need: Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds This position will require travel roughly 25% of the time to Wentzville, MO.
