We are currently seeking a nurturing and experienced Childcare Lead to join our team and oversee our playroom and childcare areas. If you're passionate about working with children and creating a positive impact, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Supervise and lead playroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and nurturing environment for children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the childcare facility, following all safety protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's activities and progress. Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly. Train and mentor childcare staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Previous experience working in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of child development principles and best practices. CPR and First Aid certification required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with children, parents, and staff members. Leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
