Champion the management of all plant operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. -- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 100 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. -- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices in manufacturing processes, leveraging technology to optimize production. -- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, setting the standard for a safe and respectful workplace. -- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to align plant operations with company strategy and customer needs. -- Manage and oversee the development of annual budgets, closely monitoring performance to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. -- Proactively engage in talent development, creating opportunities for growth and development within your team. -- Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree is an asset but not a requirement; we value hands-on experience and a track record of success in the food or beverage manufacturing sector. -- Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within food or beverage manufacturing, showing a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities. -- A history of achieving results through people, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team-building skills. -- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. -- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best. -- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. -- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. -- Comprehensive understanding of the food or beverage industry's regulatory environment and quality standards. -- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs. -- Resilience and adaptability, with a capacity to navigate the challenges and dynamics of a manufacturing environment.
