The ideal candidate will work on cases involving complex legal issues, collaborating with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case management strategies.Duties:Handle litigation cases representing military victims of international terrorism and their families.Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related matters.Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Participate in case strategy meetings and court proceedings.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.Requirements:Recently barred attorney or 1-2 years of personal injury litigation experience.Military experience is a plus.A license to practice law in Colorado is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Colorado State Bar (preferred).Skills:Legal research and analysis.Case management and strategy development.Drafting legal documents.Client communication and relationship management.Courtroom advocacy.Time management and organization. This firm represents a broad range of clients in a multitude of areas including real estate transactions, lending, environment compliance and litigation, national resources ownership and utilization, securities litigation, lender liability, Directors and Officers obligations and liability, entity formation, dissolution and litigation, accounting litigation, and related fields. The firm advises clients regarding oil and gas exploration, extraction, processing, distribution and sales as well as related real estate and environmental matters.
