Visit our website for more information: www.eversandsons.com Required Experience Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of crane operations Must be NCCCO/NCCER Crane Certified and have safe working history Must have and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card for crane operation Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Accurately complete daily checklist for each piece of equipment prior to operation and notify supervisor of defects or malfunctions Properly fill out and adhere to operator/spotter agreements Complete lift plans as required by Company and Client Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs of cranes Operates Heavy or Specialized cranes both swing and fixed cab Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot simple mechanical failures Follow DOT regulations; ensuring proper permits and driving regulations are followed Inspect and compare load weights with lifting capacity and load charts to ensure against overload Follow hand signals from other crew members for safe equipment operations Complete necessary documentation/logs daily Perform general labor duties as needed Notify the supervisor and address potential safety hazards in a timely fashion Must keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and in working condition Follow all Company policies and procedures and obtain certifications at Company/Client request, including but not limited to BBP, Onsite Orientations, First Aid, CPR, Annual OSHA Training, PEC, H2S, NCCCO, Crane Operator Evaluation, and Crane Signaling Evers & Sons Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
