DESE Research, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Database Administrator position. If you feel like you have the skills and qualifications for this job, please apply now! Job Details: The Candidate will provide cross functional support for requirements management utilizing IBM Rational Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) as an administrator on multiple programs. Required Qualifications: Ability to maintain consistent practices within the DOORS environment, which includes data created internal to programs and modules received from the customer and subcontractors Ability to drive the completeness and consistency of attributes and linkages within programs' DOORS environments Ability to establish strong working relationships and integrating across programs and functions Perform DOORS administration; creating modules for sites; synchronizing modules between sites; exporting DOORS reports (e.g., specifications traceability and metrics); and working user problems (e.g., installation, use of Change Proposal System) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution 2 years of experience working with database management Database archiving and user-access management to include importing data into a database Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance Why employee's love working for DESE: At DESE, we are committed to creating a company that is known for its respect and care for employee's.
