The Assistant Director would be responsible for the following: Supervise the daily operations of the benefits department. Audit employee eligibility files under the rules and regulations established by Senior Management and the Legal Department. Audit the Workman's Comp claims for subrogation with CIGNA recovery. Work with Corporate Director of Benefits and Director of HR to assure Open Enrollment is organized and efficiently completed. Responsible to oversee all life and disability claims. Maintain and refine the daily, monthly, and annual financial reports developed. Education and Experience Requirements: Master of Business Administration (preferred) Minimum of 5 years working in employee benefits marketplace Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Regulations Licensed in Health, Life, and other required lines of coverage
