Columbia Manor has an opening for a Social Services Designee. Columbia Manor is a skilled nursing facility that provides short term rehab, long-term, respite, and hospice care to elderly residents.Responsibilities include assessing and addressing the issues relevant to the basic needs of residents and to participate in resident advocacy. Supports the Clinical Liaison in organizing and carrying out a wide variety of social service programs and directives. Serves as backup for the Transport Driver in their absence or when position is vacant. Qualifications One year of relevant experience in the healthcare field. Hold current certification of a social services designation and, if not, will complete this certification upon hiring and in a timely manner. Current CPR certification.
