In this role you'll be accountable for the development, management and measurement of processes, systems and department deliverables related to the design, décor and layout of grocery retail stores. The Design Director - ONT/ATL will build, and sustainability contribute to a positive, productive and innovative work environment while maintaining trusted, strong, collaborative relationships. As a strategic leader you will be required to be on site either in office or in stores (as required) a minimum of three (3) days per week.
