Senior Project Manager Responsibilities include: Project Management: Leading, advising, and/or overseeing programs and projects from concept to handover. Managing multiple projects in various phases of development. Acting as single point of project contact, regularly proactively communicating with your client and manager. Establishing, maintaining and achieving project goals and criteria to satisfy client expectations. Completing projects within scope, schedule, budget, and the client’s changing needs. Managing the activities of consultants, contractors, suppliers, AHJs, operators, and stakeholders. Participating and supporting campus planning prior to approval to proceed to design and construction. Developing a contracting strategy, procuring, negotiating, and holding parties accountable to their contracts. Defi ning, documenting, and controlling project scope and changes to the specifi ed level of quality. Developing a project control budget and baseline schedule aligned to scope; controlling cost and schedule. Preparing and updating a Risk Management Plan and mitigating project risks.
